BREAKING: Office Of The Accountant General Of The Federation On Fire In Abuja

The Treasury House which is the office of the Accountant General of the Federation in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, is currently burning.

Tribune Online gathered that the fire started from around the third floor, razing the building upwards including the Accountant General’s office and most of the important offices.

Firefighters appeared helpless as they complained that they didn’t come with equipment that could reach the top floors where fire is raging.

Many of the onlookers are in sad mood as valuables are being consumed without help

    Hmmmm nawaooo who knows the amount of money these people want to embezzle what and what can put block house on fire remember is not bacha ooo my dear criminal is evertwheve but one thing is for sure, (death) and if you die how do you know how you children and children children will manage the money and it's obvious you will not be burried with money so why you doing evil because of vanit upon vanity

    You were asked to submit details of how you spent 2 trillion naira, only to hear that after 9 hours the office is on fire, what a terrible government we have, how sweet will it be that the whole citizenry arise and forcefully send out this government.... Useless set of people...

 A total of 14,406 poorest of the poor households across 19 local government areas of Oyo State have been captured to receive N7,500 every month under the World Bank Youth Employment and Social Support Operation (YESSO). Makinde To Appoint Adviser On Labour Matters, Negotiate Minimum Wage With Workers

The Oyo State governor-elect, Engr Seyi Makinde has congratulated the Nigerian Labour Congress in Oyo State on this year’s Labour Day and urged them to protect the interest of their members. In a release signed by his spokesperson, Prince Dotun Oyelade, Makinde said it is pertinent for the labour union and government to engage in constant dialogue in a very transparent and sincere manner to move the state forward at the advent of new administration in the state. He further asked them to discourage members from acts of collusion with desperate politicians who are taking advantage of the transitional period in the state. He reassured the union that his administration will be labour friendly and involve them in the day to day running of the administration by creating the office of a Special Adviser on Labour Matters.
