SAFETY: Alleged Drug Police Officer Break Legs, Damages Car Presented To Afijio Police Division


The yet to be identified Police Officer has been reportedly damaged one of the recent cars presented by Oyo State Government to Ajijio Police Station, in Oyo axis of the state.
The incident was said to have happened on Sunday, 15th March in Oyo when the yet to be identified Police Officer left a bear parlour drunk and hit a commercial motorcyclist conveying a woman and her two kids.

According to an eye witness who spoke under the condition of anonymity lamented that the drunk Police Office hit the victims and had their legs broken.
He added that the victims had been taken to undisclosed hospital in Ogbomoso for medical attention.

The eye witness disclosed that the sympathizers rescued the victims for immediate medical assistance but equally impounded the vehicle and the drunk Police Officer from speeding off.

He lamented that the drunk Police Officer was reckless in driving and as well failed to observe the traffic rules while on motion.
He lamented that many of the Police Officers across the state  were not handling the cars being presented by Oyo State Government with care, adding that they drove them recklessly, incautiously  and destructively.

He enjoined the state government to call them to an order, adding that they were no doing the needful with the new cars.
