"We are here to discuss on what we have on ground, how to spend it and where to spend it on, so we are not here to spite anybody politically but to discuss ways on how our funds can be well channel to an appropriate quarter.
"Borrowing money for capital projects is acceptable but borrowing money to pay salaries and for just consumption is very bad, and it is on this note I want to tell you that I want to block all the loopholes that people in the government are using to siphon money from the government purse.

He said " I can assure you that by the end of our one year in office, we will generate the sum of four Billion Naira (N4M) to boost our IGR and we are not going to increase the taxes on our people but we are going to block all the loopholes people can use in siphoning government money.
"We came into power and met the budget of N285B and we are aware that the previous administration budget performance is 35-37% and I'm not going to say that they did well, as you will not be well with your children, you spend money on his education scoring below average.
"So I have to approach the House of Assembly to see how we can streamline the budget to fit our expenses and expenditures and that is also one of the major reason we are here to come and see how we can help ourselves, and also discuss on what we need to that will make that will be of great benefits to this State.
"I have an exercise book somewhere in my room, the exercise book is where I kept all the campaign promises I made during the electioneering, I'm telling you all these to see our level of determination towards making our State ahead of the rest and we can only achieve these through your contributions by telling us what we need to do and what we have done right as well.
"we are determined to make life better for all and sundry in the State and for that I am telling you that our people living with disability will be given a chance as a Supervisory Councillorship role in all the local governments offices we have in the State.
