JUST IN: Oyo Govt presents C of O to NNPC



Oyo state government has presented a certificate Of Occupancy CofO to the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC for the establishment of the corporation's new retail outlet in Ibadan Oyo state capital.

The Cof O was presented to the NNPC by Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state at the Governor's office Ibadan

The team from Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation was at the office of the Oyo state Governor Engr Seyi Makinde in respect of the proposed new NNPC retail outlet in Ibadan the Oyo state capital.

The team led by NNPC Retail Sales Representative  Toluwalase Adesanya received the Certificate of Occupancy the Governor

Governor Seyi Makinde urged the team to speed up work on the new retail outlet in Ibadan and also extend same to other parts of the state.

The Governor said the plan by the corporation is laudable as it is in line with the resolve of his administration to industrialize the state and generate employment for the people of the state.

Also speaking shortly after the presentation, the Chief Press Secretary to the state Governor Mr Taiwo Adisa said the presentation of the CofO for the establishment of the new NNPC retail outlet was a promised fulfilled by the state government.

According to Mr Adisa,Governor Seyi Makinde"s administration would continue to provide necessary support and assistance to both public and private investors for the economic growth of the state.

The new NNPC retail outlet is expected to spring up in Ibadan soon as the Oyo state Govt has provided a parcel of land to the corporation
